Facebook rolls out facial recognition worldwide

Facebook is constantly trying to improve its features and speaking of new Facebook features, Facebook has just introduced a new facial recognition feature.

As you may remember, we already wrote about upcoming tag suggestion feature for Facebook that should make tagging of your friends a lot simpler and easier than before. In fact, this feature should make tagging of your friends automatic, so you won’t have to lose precious time by tagging all your friends individually in your photos. After being made available only in the US, this feature is now available worldwide. If you’re concerned about your privacy regarding this feature, you should know that this feature is disabled by default, but if you want to use it, you have to turn it on manually simply by going to the Facebook settings page.
This feature is great if you like tagging people in your photos, but if you don’t want to use it, you can simply turn it off from your privacy settings in just a few clicks.
