mtools can manipulate MS-DOS data contained on floppies, another partition on your hard drive, Jaz drives, and Zip drives. The program mfm provides a nice GUI interface to access MS-DOS data on a floppy and to quickly transfer data between your home directory and an MS-DOS formatted floppy.
